New cover art for "Lila"

Big news!!! I’ve finally decided on the cover for Book 2 in the Teapots & Tequila Shots series, Lila Glover Wants a Lover! And let me tell you, it’s looking fabulous. A little bit flirty, a little bit chaotic… much like Lila herself.

Creating the cover is always one of those weirdly exciting (and somewhat terrifying) moments where the book starts to feel real. It’s no longer just me in pyjamas, writing questionable romantic dialogue at 11pm, it’s now an actual thing with a face. And thankfully, this one doesn’t have any visible typos or dodgy stock photos. We’re winning.

The book is coming along nicely, full of awkward dates, friendship shenanigans, questionable fashion choices and possibly a slow-burn romance (if Lila can stop sabotaging it for five minutes). We’re aiming for a March 2024 release, so mark your calendars, set your reminders or just stick a Post-it note to the wine rack, whatever works.

Can’t wait for you to see the cover and dive back into this world. Lila’s love life may be a hot mess… but at least it’s an entertaining one.
