London Bound – This Morning, here we come!

Today’s the day! My sister Coleen and I are on our way to London because tomorrow morning she’ll be appearing live on This Morning with Phil and Holly.

Coleen will be bravely sharing parts of her story, as well as talking about our book, a project that’s been such a huge part of both our lives. It’s surreal to think that in less than 24 hours, we’ll be sitting on that famous sofa, studio lights glaring, cameras rolling, and millions of people watching.

I won’t lie, the nerves are very real. My stomach’s doing somersaults and I’m fairly sure my heart is beating faster than the train we’re currently on. But I also know Coleen. She’s calm under pressure, speaks straight from the heart, and has this ability to connect with people in such an honest, powerful way. She’s going to be amazing, I just know it.

For now, it’s a mix of excitement and jitters… plus an unhealthy amount of coffee to keep us going. Wish us luck and tune in to This Morning to see how we get on!
